CANCELLATION , RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Calmna.com follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a "100% Buyer Protection Program" for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER

Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at support@calmna.com within 48 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up on the same place of delivery and re-send the product after.

Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin -codes.in this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.


Return : -We have a friendly policy of Easy size exchanges. If by any reason customer didn't liked the fitting , we will change it with another size or can customize if possible. But the amount once paid will be non-refundable, as all the products by Calmna are made to order.

NOTE:-

1)For the  size exchange customer needs to inform about the same within 48 hours of receiving it by mailing us on Support@calmna.com. Our team will connect with you regarding the reverse pickup of your product.

2)Also customer can exchange the product only once per order.

3)Customer will also need to pay additional shipping charges for exchanged product in some circumstances



Damaged/Wrong Delivery:- If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.


When Exchange is not accepted?

As every product in calmna goes under 4-5 Quality checks and the process is also recorded for the future reference. So if the product sent by the customer for size or product exchange is found damaged. Will be shipped back to the customer

If customer informs about the size or product exchange after 48 hours of receiving it. We humbly wont be able to accept the returns.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@calmna.com. Such refund will be initiated within 2-3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at calmnainternational@gmail.com along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
  • All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
  • For Exchanges by international customers, the above policy is applicable. Any other questions or clarifications, please contact us at calmnainternational@gmail.com

CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at calmnainternational@gmail.com

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the card used for making the payment. Such refund will be initiated after 2-3 working days.
  • We extremely regret but for now the returns and exchanges are not available for the international customers.
